Knowing Who the Real Master Angler Is

Everybody loves the outdoors. Young and old, women and men, nothing beats having the best of times with your love ones, especially if you spend it with some learning activities, like fishing. That is why; a lot of professional anglers these days are getting more focused in helping the fly fishing and angling starters. Of the many professionals, there is one popular and well-loved master angler that up to this day has remained popular in the field of fishing. Paul Reed of Pennsylvania is referred to as the Master Angler. He grew up in Pennsylvania, fishing and hunting, and eventually, fell in love with everything about the outdoors.

As a child, the Master Angler has always dreamt of making it to Alaska. He was fortunate enough that he was able to join the Air Force, which eventually led him to be in Alaska on June of 1979. He first caught his very fist King Salmon somewhere on Deshka River in 1980, which finally made him realize that indeed, he was hooked on Alaska. During his services on the Willow Creek as the campground, the Master Angler was able to gain a lot of knowledge, as well as boat operations on the shallow streams of Alaska. But what is most fun about it was the fact that the Master Angler was able to learn everything there is to know about fishing in Alaska. Aside from the fact that the he learned a lot about fishing from his practical experiences, he was lucky enough that the folks around him taught him things and some practical and useful information, as far as fishing in Alaska is concerned. 

Because of the Master Angler’s passion for fishing in Alaska, the suddenly realized that he could somehow teach and help the youngsters, as well as the old ones, as what everyone believed to be a once-in-a-lifetime experience: catching the wild Alaska salmon. By 1985, he finally retired from the Air force service and pursued his passion for fishing in the Alaskan region. With the help of a good friend who is in the radio industry, the Master Angler was able to reach out to everybody who has the heart for fishing.

Presently, Paul Reed has continued to share his knowledge about fishing both to the young and the old ones.  Though he really doesn’t consider to be the Master Angler, Paul Reed has really helped a lot of fishing enthusiasts, from the basics of fishing, to the highly-technical aspects of angling. Because of his passion and his heart to teach and share his knowledge about this fun and learning activity, indeed, Paul Reed is a Master Angler that everyone looks up to.
